Report on the impact of employee ownership on employee engagement

We have published our study into the impact of employee ownership on employee engagement. Engagement from twenty six businesses was measured using The Good Work Survey.

The report shows that there is a very significant improvement in engagement from those businesses that are employee-owned compared to those that are not, and that the elevated engagement is due to a much stronger sense of employee voice, and more employee influence over decision-making in the EO businesses.
