Bedford Estates Employee Engagement Survey

The Bedford Estates and Woburn Enterprises contracted with us to deliver its Employee Engagement Survey. The survey went to all 450 staff, and the question-set was designed around our validated engagement model. We covered the Woburn Safari Park, the Woburn Golf Club, the Woburn Hotel, and the London Bedford Estate properties, showing the range and diversity of this unique business.

• We worked with our client on developing the internal communications surrounding the survey so as to ensure all staff were aware that it was coming, and to provide links to our privacy policy, to reassure staff about anonymity, confidentiality and data protection.
• We delivered the survey to all 450 staff online and with an ultra-smooth user experience.
• We managed all of the data cleansing and data analysis.
• We reported the results using our online reporting capabilities. Results were reported against all of the Bedford Estates business divisions and against all of the relevant demographic questions. Reports were delivered to all business leaders for their own specific business areas.
• We delivered engagement workshops across a variety of business units where there was a need for tailoured action planning
• Reporting turn around was within our standard window of two weeks..
